यूनाइटेड_स्टेट्स टेक फेसबुक को प्री-मनी वेंचर रखने वाले मुकेश अंबानी के डिजिटल ऑपरेशन रिलायंस जियो, रिलायंस इंडस्ट्रीज लिमिटेड (आरआईएल) की दूरसंचार शाखा, यूएस $ 5.7 बिलियन (लगभग 43,574 करोड़ रुपये) में 9.99 प्रतिशत हिस्सेदारी की आवश्यकता है। 4.62 लाख करोड़ रुपये के Jio प्लेटफॉर्म हैं।

संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका के सोशल मीडिया दिग्गज फेसबुक रुपये का निवेश करेगा। 9.99% हिस्सेदारी के लिए, रिलायंस इंडस्ट्रीज एनएसई 10.20% की इकाई, Jio प्लेटफ़ॉर्म में 43,574 करोड़ रुपये, एक विकास जिसने बुधवार को शुरुआती व्यापार में 8% से अधिक भारत के तेल-से-खुदरा समूह के शेयरों को बढ़ावा दिया।


निवेश के लिए Jio प्लेटफॉर्म - 4.62 लाख करोड़ रुपये का डिजिटल ऐप प्लेटफॉर्म होगा। मुकेश अंबानी के स्वामित्व वाली आरआईएल के साथ सौदा आगे कर्ज को कम करने और मार्क जुकरबर्ग की अगुवाई वाली कंपनी को अमेरिका के सबसे बड़े बाजार में मजबूत पैर जमाने की अनुमति देता है।

दोनों कंपनियों ने अलग-अलग बयानों में कहा कि वे कुछ प्रमुख परियोजनाओं पर एक साथ काम करेंगे जो पूरे भारत में लोगों के लिए वाणिज्य अवसर खोलेगी।

आरआईएल ने बुधवार को एक बयान में कहा, "रिलायंस इंडस्ट्रीज लिमिटेड, जियो प्लेटफॉर्म लिमिटेड और फेसबुक, इंक ने फेसबुक द्वारा Jio प्लेटफॉर्म में 43,574 करोड़ रुपये के निवेश के लिए बाध्यकारी समझौतों पर हस्ताक्षर करने की आज घोषणा की।"




"फेसबुक के इस निवेश से Jio प्लेटफॉर्म्स का मूल्य 4.62 लाख करोड़ रुपये प्री-मनी एंटरप्राइज है। बुधवार के शुरुआती कारोबार में बीएसई पर RIL का स्टॉक 6.8% बढ़कर 3203.55 रुपये पर था।
